SENATOR SCOTT BROWN ENDORSES GOLNIK FOR CONGRESS
Carlisle, MA— 3rd District Congressional Candidate Jon Golnik is proud to announce that United States Senator Scott Brown is endorsing his campaign. Jon, who is running on a message of job growth and fiscal freedom, received more votes during the 2010 cycle, than any other Republican who ran in the District, since 1992.
''I am pleased to support Jon Golnik and his message of fiscal responsibility in Congress,'' Brown said. “Massachusetts needs two-party balance in its congressional delegation, and I know that Jon will work tirelessly to push a pro-jobs agenda to help get this economy going again.”
Jon is running on a message of job growth, fiscal freedom and individual liberty. He has recently announced a strong leadership team which included former Governor Paul Cellucci as his campaign Chairman.
''I am honored and humbled by the support of Senator Brown. He has been a strong backer for many of the same policies I will promote in Congress,'' Golnik said. ''Senator Brown, through hard work and the right philosophies, won his election just two years ago. I will use his guidance in my efforts to bring true representation to the people of this District. Parts of our region have an unemployment rate of as much as 18 percent. This is unacceptable. Niki Tsongas has supported every job killing piece of legislation that has come before her and it is time to have someone representing us who is more concerned with the people of Massachusetts than the politics of her party.''
